This starter kit gives you the opportunity to try two unique Zechsal products and determine which one benefits you most, or which one you prefer to use as a self-care treatment. The starter kit contains 750 grams of magnesium foot bath and 100 ml of magnesium oil. The packages contain a 100% natural form of magnesium in the highest possible concentration, ensuring optimal absorption before application to the skin.Ingredients of Zechsal Startpakket:
Bath crystal: Magnesium chloride (47%), crystal water.Magnesiumolie: Magnesiumchloride (31%), water.
Usage of Zechsal Startpakket:
1. Take a foot bath twice a week, preferably in the evening before bed. Dosage: 125 grams in approximately 4 liters of warm water. Duration: at least 20 minutes.2. Use 15 to 20 sprays of magnesium oil on the remaining days. The best areas for absorption are the abdominal area, armpits, and feet. Absorption is optimal when the skin is warm (e.g., after showering, sports, or exercise). Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse if desired.
Tip: If the oil causes a tingling or burning sensation, that's okay. You can try other areas or dilute the oil with water (e.g., 1 to 1).
