Vitamine B12 (cyanocobalamine) 5 mcg

Hypericum perforatum (St. John's wort) standardized dry extract,L-tryptophan Griffonia (griffonia extract), Folic acid, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate.
Usage of Care for Women Mental Health:
Take one capsule daily with water, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Take at the same time each day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Warning:
St. John's wort may interact with other medications. Consult your doctor/pharmacist before using this product.
