Usage of Golden Naturals Soepele Gewrichten Support:
You take 3 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during or after a meal with sufficient water.
This recommended amount can also be taken all at once. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 2 tablets per day.
