- Lactobacillus plantarum 14D
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR1
- Lactobacillus salivarius SP2

Mix of bacterial strains (Lb. casei BGP93, Lb. fermentum PBS073, Lb. paracasei 101/37, Lb. plantarum 14D, Lb. rhamnosus LR1, Lb. salivarius SP2).This product is free from: preservatives, gelatin, synthetic colors, flavors and fragrances, added sucrose.
Usage of Bonusan Bacteri 6 Oral:
You take the contents of one sachet once daily after a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably mix with a glass (200 ml) of water and stir briefly.
Rinse the mouth with the mixture for approximately two minutes and swallow. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warnings:
Gas formation and/or cramps may occur at the start of use of bacterial strains or fibers.
This harmless phenomenon means that the bacteria have reached the intestine alive and are starting to ferment.
Over time (usually a week), the body adapts and these symptoms decrease or disappear.
In case of symptoms, it may be beneficial to reduce the initial dose to half of the recommended dosage during the first two weeks.
