Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) bulking agents (isomalt, cellulose), stabilizer (hydroxypropylcellulose), fully hydrogenated cottonseed oil, anti-caking agent (stearic acid), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polydextrose), colorant (calcium carbonate), glazing agent (talc), vegetable MCT oil (coconut and/or palm), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), melatonin.Use of Shiepz Melatonine met Citroenmelisse:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take 1 hour before bedtime. Preferably stick to a fixed time. Swallow the tablet whole.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
