The addition of peppermint gives this tea a refreshing flavor. Each cup contains 5 mg of zinc, which contributes to a healthy acid-base balance. A balanced acidity in the body is essential for maintaining good health. This acidity is indicated by a pH value: it can range from 0 to 14, with 0 representing the most acidic and 14 the most alkaline. Let the tea bag steep in 200 ml of boiled water for at least 3 to 5 minutes before drinking the tea.Drink one cup of Acid-Base Tea daily; this contributes to a normal acid-base balance. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
