Application of Vitals Vitamine B Complex Actief:

For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to take all B vitamins as a B complex, as they work together in many ways and are interdependent. When a high intake of a single B vitamin is desired, it is best combined with a B complex.

Vitamin B Complex Active contains a generous dosage of all B vitamins and related substances. Where possible, biologically active (co-enzymatic) forms have been selected. This applies to vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate, R-5'-P), B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, P5P), B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, also known as dibencozide), and folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate, 5-MTHF). The advantage of this is that these do not need to be converted first before they can function as co-enzymes in metabolism. They are therefore the forms naturally occurring in the body and often also the forms in which B vitamins occur in food.

You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.

Warning:
