For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to take all B vitamins as a B complex, as they work together in many ways and are interdependent. If a high intake of a single B vitamin is desired, it is best combined with a B complex.Vitamin B Complex Active contains a generous dose of all B vitamins and related substances. Where possible, biologically active (coenzyme) forms have been chosen. This applies to vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin 5'-phosphate, R-5'-P), B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, P5P), B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, also known as dibencozide), and folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate, 5-MTHF). The advantage of this is that these do not need to be converted before they can function as coenzymes in metabolism. These are therefore the body's own forms and often also the forms in which B vitamins are found in food.

Usage of Vitals Vitamine B Complex Actief:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.

Warning:
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age (legally required declaration for products with more than 7 mg vitamin B6 per daily dose).
