For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to take all B vitamins as a B complex, as they work together as a team. If a high intake of a single B vitamin is desired, it is best combined with a B complex. B vitamins are water-soluble and not stored in the body, so they must be taken in sufficient quantities daily.Vitamin B Complex Active contains a carefully balanced dose of all B vitamins. Biologically active forms have been chosen as much as possible. The advantage of this is that these do not need to be converted before they can function as coenzymes in metabolism. These are therefore the body's own forms and often also the forms in which B vitamins are found in food.
