Oily fish is a rich source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Golden Naturals Fish Oil capsules contain pure, high-quality fish oil derived from anchovies from the North Pacific, sustainably caught under controlled conditions. Golden Naturals Fish Oil EPA 50% / DHA 25% is rich in omega-3 fatty acids with a high dose of EPA and DHA. It also contains vitamin E.DHA and EPA have a beneficial effect on the heart, and DHA is also good for vision and the brain. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Each capsule contains:Fish oil concentrate (with omega-3 fatty acids) 1000 mg
of which:
- EPA 50% (eicosapentaeenzuur) 455 mg
- DHA 25% (docosohexaenoic acid) 230 mg
Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) (44 IU) 10 mg

This product is free from: Egg, gluten-containing grains, lupine, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, celery, sesame seeds, soy, sulphites.
Usage of Golden Naturals Visolie Gold 50% EPA & 25% DHA Voordeelpot:
Take 3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.This recommended amount can also be taken all at once.
Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water. As a maintenance dose, take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Tip!
For children aged 3 to 12 years, you can also choose to squeeze out 1 capsule and mix it with fruit juice.
