Preparation method for 1 cup of alkaline herbal teaPlace the herbal filter in a cup and pour 250 ml of hot water over it. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Stir briefly and drink slowly. Do you want a stronger flavor? Then let the herbal filter steep a little longer.
Method of preparation of a pot of alkaline herbal tea
Place 2 Alka Tea herbal filters in a 1-liter teapot. Then add hot water. Let the tea steep for at least 10 minutes. If you want a stronger flavor, let the filters steep longer.
TIP: Place 2 Alka Tea filter bags in 1 liter of hot water. Let the tea cool down completely and then place it in the refrigerator. Remove the 2 filter bags after 15 minutes. Serve with ice cubes and optionally some fresh mint or a slice of lemon for an extra refreshing twist – ideal on warm days or as a sugar-free alternative to soft drinks.
