Lemon balm, orange (juice concentrate), peppermint, hops, liquorice root, natural flavouring, melatonin.This product is free from: milk (incl. lactose), peanuts, fish, celery, sesame seeds, gluten, egg, shellfish, mustard, sulfites, nuts, soy, molluscs, lupine, salt, added sugars.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Use of Lucovitaal Melatonine Kruidenthee:
Let the tea bag steep in 200 ml of boiled water for at least 3 to 5 minutes before drinking the tea.- shortly before going to sleep or shortly before going to sleep on the first day of the trip and a few days after arrival at the destination.
