Use of Lucovitaal Melatonine Kruidenthee:
Let the tea bag steep in 200 ml of boiled water for at least 3 to 5 minutes before drinking the tea.- shortly before going to bed or shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at your destination.
Dosage: Drink 1-2 cups of tea to help you sleep well. Do not exceed the daily dose.
Warning: Contains licorice. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
