Ingredients of Bio-Kult Everyday:
Cellulose (bulking agent), probiotic cultures, (see above), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).Allergy Alert: Bio-Kult contains traces of soy and milk, these are used as the breeding ground of the strains. Bio-Kult contains traces of milk at a level that does not affect people with lactose intolerance

Usage of Bio-Kult Everyday:
Take 1-2 capsules once or twice a day with meals with a glass of water, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Bio-Kult capsules may be swallowed whole or broken apart where the contents may be mixed with drink or sprinkled over food.
If on antibiotics:
Take 4 capsules per day at a different time from the antibiotics (at least 2 hours apart). Continue to take it for at least 2 weeks after the end of the antibiotic treatment.
For travelers:
One week before departure, take a general dosage of 1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day. While traveling: take 4 capsules a day, and continue to take it for at least 1 week after returning home.
Children under 12:
Take half a dose, i.e. 1-2 capsules a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless otherwise advised by your health professional. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Dietary supplements from Bio-Kult are not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet, but can be a good addition.
