Live bacterial cultures (milk, soy), cellulose (filler), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose)Allergy advice: Contains soy and milk. Soy and milk are used in the culture medium for the bacterial strains. The milk content is at a level that does not affect people with lactose intolerance.

Usage of Bio-Kult Everyday:
You take 1-4 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Bio-Kult capsules can be swallowed whole or opened, in which case the contents can be mixed with a drink or sprinkled over food.
For children aged 3 to 12 years, give 1-2 capsules per day with a meal.
If you are taking antibiotics:
You take 4 capsules per day at a different time than the antibiotics (leave at least 2 hours between them). Continue taking them for at least 2 weeks after the end of the antibiotic course.
While traveling:
Take 4 capsules per day for 1 week after you return from traveling.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
