Ingredients of Bio-Kult Everyday:
Probiotic cultures (milk, soy), cellulose (bulking agent), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).Allergy advice: Bio-Kult contains traces of soy and milk, which are used as a breeding ground for the strains. Bio-Kult contains traces of milk at levels that do not affect people with lactose intolerance.

Usage of Bio-Kult Everyday:
Take 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with a meal and a glass of water, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Bio-Kult capsules can be swallowed whole or taken apart and the contents mixed with a drink or sprinkled on food.
If you are taking antibiotics:
Take 4 capsules daily at a different time than the antibiotics (at least 2 hours apart). Continue taking them for at least 2 weeks after the end of the antibiotic course.
For travelers:
One week before departure, maintain the general dosage of 1-2 capsules 1 to 2 times per day.
While traveling: take 4 capsules per day.
Continue taking it for at least 1 week after returning home.
Children under 12:
Take half a dose, which is 1-2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
