Each 1 ml solution contains 1.0 mg sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, water for injections, as well as disodium edetate and polyhexanide as preservatives. The solution is hypotonic.

Usage of Vismed Oogdruppels Light 0,1%:

Before first use, turn the cap counterclockwise until the safety ring breaks off.
Unscrew the cap. Tilt your head back and hold the tip of the ampoule above the eye to be treated. Pull down the lower eyelid with the index finger of one hand.
Squeeze the ampoule and a drop of vismed will quickly fall out.

Unless otherwise advised, instill one or two drops of Vismed into your eye as often as needed. Blinking will spread the solution and form a clear, long-lasting layer on the surface of your eye.
Vismed can also be used while wearing contact lenses (hard or soft).

Warnings
Do not use vismed at the same time as a medicine or other product that needs to be administered into the eye, as this may affect their effect.
Do not touch the tip of the opened ampoule. Do not touch the surface of your eye with the tip of the opened ampoule.
Solutions not used immediately after opening the packaging must be discarded. Otherwise, sterility is no longer guaranteed and there is an increased risk of infection.
Do not use vismed if the ampoule is damaged.
