The alcohol is necessary to dissolve the active ingredients in the herbs. Water-alcohol extract of Birch leaf.1 daily dose contains 2-3 ml water-alcohol extract of 200-300 mg dried Birch leaf.
Alcohol content 30%.
Usage of De Cruydhof / Natura Sanat Betula Pendula Folia - Elix Berkenblad Tinctuur Biologisch:
Take 15-20 drops 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a small amount of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
