Add 2 teaspoons (10 grams) of gelatin powder to a cup of water or yogurt. Drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.For use as a gelling agent: Gelatin powder is suitable for binding and firming creams, mousses, bavarois, puddings, and fruit jellies, among other things. 20 grams of gelatin powder are needed per liter of product for good firming and 40 grams for a free-standing pudding.
