In Sanskrit, Dashmool means "ten roots." It's so named because it's a combination of five roots from large trees and five roots from shrubs. This unique combination helps maintain the balance of the three Doshas.

An Arishta is the product (the herbal wine), and the name 'Rishta' emphasises its holistic, connective nature within Ayurvedic medicine.
Composition of Holisan Dashmool Arishta:
A 'rishta' is a highly absorbable herbal drink based on Ayurvedic cane sugar (Sharkara).Due to a natural fermentation process, the alcohol content is around 10%.
The main ingredients have been used as herbal decoctions.
Ingredients of Holisan Dashmool Arishta:
Water, herbs and spices, cane sugar (real Sharkara). Contains 10% alcohol.Usage of Holisan Dashmool Arishta:
Mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) with the same amount of water twice a day, take immediately after a meal.Shake before use. Once opened, keep for 3 months.
