Plant sterols are naturally present in vegetable oils and grains.Each of the tablets contains 800 mg of natural plant sterols of excellent quality. These should not be confused with the cheaper plant sterol esters.
Composition of Lamberts Plant Sterolen 800 mg:
Each tablet (= daily dosage) contains:Plantsterolen 800 mg
(provides up to 80% beta-sitosterols*)
* The relative levels of the individual sterols are subject to natural variation.
Ingredients of Lamberts Plant Sterolen 800 mg:
Plant sterols, calcium carbonate, cellulose, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), crosslinked cellulose gum, tablet coating (HP methylcellulose, glycerol).Allergen information:
Contains lactose.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Plant Sterolen 800 mg:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
This product is not suitable for people who need to keep their blood cholesterol levels under control.
Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day.
If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication, use the product only under the supervision of a doctor.
