Phospholipid complex* 450 mg

Phosphatidylserine, Phospholipid complex, Bulking agents: glycerin, sorbitol, purified water. Capsule shell: bovine gelatin of controlled, BSE-free quality.This product is free from genetically modified substances, soy, gluten, or milk proteins.
Usage of VeraSupplements Phosphatidylserine-Complex:
Starting dose: Take 1 softgel 3 times daily for 4 weeks.Maintenance dosage: Take 1-2 softgels per day.
Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
