BioActive Magnesium is a complex of three different magnesium salts. Each tablet contains 200 mg of pure magnesium.The tablet contains a mixture of organic and inorganic magnesium bound in a matrix that ensures complete dissolution within minutes—even in people with low stomach acid—where the magnesium takes on an ion form, making it highly absorbable. BioActive Magnesium tablets can be swallowed whole, chewed, or dissolved in a glass of water. It is not necessary to take the tablet with a meal.
