Usage of Joannusmolen Kikkererwtenmeel Biologisch:
Flatbread:200 grams chickpea flour
600 ml water
4 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt, black pepper
Mix the flour with salt and pepper.
Add water and stir until smooth.
Let rest for 4 hours, remove foam.
Stir olive oil into the batter.
Bake for 35 minutes at 200°C.
