Usage of Vital Cell Life Amino Complex Plus:
Take 3 to 6 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Take with water at least one hour before or after a (protein-rich) meal.The capsule may be removed. Suitable for ages 12 and up.
Warning:
Do not use if pregnant, lactating, with phenylketonuria or when using antidepressants such as MAO inhibitors.
