Research has shown that these catechins are precisely responsible for tea's beneficial effects on health. The most powerful catechin in green tea is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is a very powerful antioxidant, even more powerful than vitamin C and vitamin E.Catechins (particularly EGCG) in green tea are powerful antioxidants, protecting cells and tissues against free radicals, oxidative damage, and general signs of aging. Sunflower lecithin, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), capsule: pullalan (from fermented cassava starch), rice concentrate.This product is free from: caffeine, gluten, lactose, soy, GMO, preservatives and synthetic fragrances, colours and flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Vitals Groene Thee-PS:
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably taken with water, with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy (or when wishing to do so) or breastfeeding.
Do not take simultaneously with cardiovascular medications (such as nadolol).
Leave at least 1-2 hours between taking medication and green tea extract.
