Tekka is a condiment with miso and root vegetables.A unique product prepared according to macrobiotic principles.
Equal parts of the root vegetables, lotus root, carrot, and burdock root are finely chopped and sautéed together with hatcho miso in sesame oil for 7 hours.
Tekka retains all the valuable nutrients of its ingredients even after this prolonged, slow cooking process.
