HighQuality 5-HTP Plus contains 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) in a highly absorbable, bio-effective form, extracted from the natural shrub Griffonia simplicifolia. 5-HTP is a safe direct precursor to serotonin. This supplement is also supplemented with essential cofactors, such as magnesium and vitamin B6, which are necessary for the conversion of 5-HTP to serotonin.5-HTP is an amino acid and forms the intermediate between the amino acid tryptophan and the important neurotransmitter serotonin. There is strong evidence that low serotonin levels are common in modern, often stressful, daily life.

Each capsule (= daily dose) contains:Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 5 mg
Magnesium 50 mg
