Usage of Golden Naturals Keel & Gorgel Elixer:
Start by measuring 20 ml of the liquid into a measuring cup. Place this amount in your mouth and gargle for 60 seconds. Do this 3 to 6 times a day initially. Follow these steps for proper gargling technique:Tilt your head back.
Open your mouth and say “ahhh,” without swallowing the liquid.
Keep the epiglottis, the small valve at the back of your throat, closed to prevent accidentally swallowing liquid.
