Usage of Golden Naturals Allersolf :
As a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount may also be taken with water before meals throughout the day. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day. Children aged 1 to 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Warning:
