In periods of stress and tension:Take 1 tablet twice a day with some water.
During tense moments such as driving tests, a visit to the dentist or giving a presentation:
Take 1 tablet 1 hour in advance and 1 tablet again 30 minutes before the stressful moment with some water.
Children aged 6-12 years: 1 tablet per day.
For children aged 3-6 years we recommend Passiflora Calming tablets.
