Ingredients of New Care Calcium Plus:
Magnesium citrate, oyster shell (derived from molluscs), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, colouring agent: calcium carbonate, glazing agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, nettle root extract, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, rice starch, ascorbic acid, betaine HCl, bamboo extract, humectant: polyethylene glycol, rosemary extract, ginger*, sodium tetraborate, menaquinone, cholecalciferol.This product is free from: sugar, gluten, yeast, lactose, flavorings and preservatives.
This product is suitable for vegetarians (not for vegans).
Usage of New Care Calcium Plus:
You take 1 tablet 3 times a day as an initial dose.As a maintenance dose, take 1 tablet once a day.
Preferably take at least one dose before bedtime and/or after physical activity. Take tablets with water.
The tablets may be crushed and taken in water or yogurt, for example.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Every person is different. The additional need for vitamins and minerals can also vary from person to person. In general, it is advised to use the initial dosage for the duration of one package.
