BioVitaal Vitamin B12 Complex is a complex of Vitamin B12 in the form of hydroxycobalamin, methylcobalamin, and dibencozide or adenosylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin and dibencozide are also known as the coenzyme forms of Vitamin B12. Recently, the amounts of the active coenzyme forms of folic acid 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin in BioVitaal Vitamin B12 Complex have been increased, while those of P-5-P (vitamin B6) have been decreased. These sublingual tablets should be allowed to dissolve under the tongue.Vitamin B12 contributes to:

Each lozenge contains (=daily dose):Trimethylglycine (TMG, betaïne-base) 20 mg
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (active vitamin B6) 2.8 mg
Vitamine B12 als adenosylcobalamine (dibencoside) 2000 mcg
Vitamine B12 als methylcobalamine 1500 mcg
Vitamine B12 als hydroxycobalamine 500 mcg
5-Methyl-tetrahydrofolate (Metafolin; active folic acid) 800 mcg
Beetroot extract 5 mg
Other ingredients: Dextrose, sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, rice starch, carboxymethylcellulose. Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
This product is free from gluten, lactose, milk proteins, and animal gelatin.
Usage of VeraSupplements Vitamine B12 Complex:
