Zink (als monomethionine = OptiZinc) 2 mg
Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 10 mg
Other ingredients: Bulking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, rice starch, maltodextrins (from corn), diglyceride, microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Usage of VeraSupplements Riboflavine+ Complex:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
