VeraSupplements Super Magnesium-Complex contains four types of biologically bound magnesium, allowing for higher bioavailability to be achieved than is possible with, for example, magnesium oxide or sulfate.By means of the applied stable Albion amino acid chelate bisglycinate (not to be confused with proteinates), a high concentration of magnesium can be presented to the specific transport proteins in the intestinal lumen, because it is relatively insensitive to dietary factors that can adversely affect magnesium absorption, such as phytic acids and phosphates.
Citrate, Malate, and Gluconate are the salts of citric acid, malonic acid, and gluconic acid, respectively, which are highly absorbable and can easily pass through various cellular membranes (translocate).
Magnesium is involved in various metabolic processes in our body and contributes to:
