Vitamin B-complex containing both the regular B vitamins and their coenzyme forms. This renewed and improved formula has recently been expanded with methyltetrahydrofolate, the coenzyme form of folic acid. Compared to the standard version of the Super B-Complex, the renewed, modified BioVitaal Actief B-Complex contains half the dosage of B vitamins and an adjusted amount of vitamin B6 per capsule.B vitamins are water-soluble and, as cofactors of many enzymes, contribute to:
