Amanprana matcha tea is extracted from the whole, youngest, and finest leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant from Japan. Matcha is a dark green tea with a sweet taste and a mild aftertaste.Amanprana's Matcha is certified organic and comes from the Shimoyama region of Japan. Kotobuki Matcha tea is harvested at an altitude of 600 meters, far from industry and villages, nestled in the heart of the mountains.
Kotobuki means 'long life' and for connoisseurs it is a better quality than the extra premium matcha.
Amanprana consciously chooses the very best balance of quality, taste, and nutritional value for its tea. We truly uphold Hippocrates' motto, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
Amanprana's organic tea comes in three varieties: Matcha (Japanese green tea), Rooibos, and Earl Grey. The tea is extracted from the whole, youngest, and finest leaves of the Camelia sinensis from Japan (Matcha), the Aspalathus linearis from South Africa (Rooibos), first-pluck Darjeeling, and first-pluck Assam from India (Earl Grey). The veins are expertly removed, and the leaves are slowly ground on granite mills into an ultrafine tea powder. This process takes place at a rate of just 40g per hour, preserving the quality, flavor, and nutrients.
The ground leaves of these teas are a powerful source of nutrition. Their antioxidant levels, expressed as ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity), are exceptionally high.

Usage of Aman Prana Kotobuki Matcha Thee Biologisch:
You can use Kotobuki tea to make tea, but in combination with cold water, warm milk or grain drink, this healthy tea is also very tasty.Make your own Kotobuki Matcha. Place half a teaspoon of Kotobuki Matcha in a matcha bowl and add nearly boiling water (80 degrees Celsius) until the bowl is half full. Use the handmade bamboo whisk to break up the matcha lumps. Stir in a figure eight, symbolizing infinity, or move the whisk side to side (do not stir in a circular motion). Repeat mindfully until a soft, frothy, grass-green drink is formed, without a single lump.
✓Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
