A gentle, non-congesting, and bioavailable product. Now with 10 mg iron per capsule, 20 mcg molybdenum, and 10 mg vitamin C (from 40 mg acerola cherry powder) per tablet.Vitamin C promotes the absorption and utilization of iron. The addition of Lactobacillus bulgaricus (a friendly probiotic bacterium) from a yogurt culture provides "carriers" for the nutrients, just like in a natural food product.
