Orthica C-1000 SR contains 1000 mg of Vitamin C and 40 mg of citrus fruit extract with bioflavonoids per tablet. Vitamin C is rapidly broken down in the body. It is therefore beneficial if the Vitamin C is released into the bloodstream slowly. C-1000 SR has a sustained release, ensuring that the Vitamin C remains available in the body over a longer period. With the intake of an additional 200 mg of Vitamin C alongside the recommended daily dose of 75 mg, Vitamin C contributes to maintaining good immunity during and after physical exertion.Vitamin C helps maintain good resistance and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C also helps protect healthy body cells. Additionally, Vitamin C has a beneficial effect on reducing fatigue and tiredness and is good for lethargy. Vitamin C helps release energy from food.
