Soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (with sunflower lecithin), milk protein casein, whey protein isolate (with sunflower lecithin), spirulina (spirulina platensis), l-carnitine tartrate, natural vanilla flavouring, choline bittersweet, aquamine (algae / marine lithothamnion), chlorella(chlorella pyrenoidosa), sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia kelp (fucus vesiculosus), zinc gluconate, chromium picolinate.Usage of Mattisson Zeewier Eiwit SuperShake:
Enjoy a delicious shake once or twice a day before a meal. Reduce your daily intake by at least half. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of one shake per day.Mix 3 tablespoons (approx. 30 grams) with 200 ml of water, skim milk, or low-fat yogurt in a glass, shaker, or with a blender (for an extra light and airy effect). Stir, shake, or blend until all the powder is dissolved.
