1 capsule (is daily dosage) contains:Selenium (L-selenomethionine) 100 mcg
Ingredients of Orthica L-Selenomethionine-100:
Bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), gelatin, L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agent(magnesium stearate), colorant (titanium dioxide).
This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Usage of Orthica L-Selenomethionine-100:
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. The maximum dosage is 2 capsules per day.Preferably take during or after a meal.
