Multi 4 All contains a complete and generous dosage of essential vitamins plus minerals, plant extracts, and enzymes. Thanks to the presence of B vitamins (B2, B3, B5, B6, B11, B12) and iron, this multivitamin contributes to extra energy when experiencing fatigue and tiredness. Folic acid, iron, copper, selenium, vitamins A, B12, B6, C, D, and zinc support the body's natural defenses. Usage of Orthica Multi 4 All:
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. The maintenance dosage is 1 tablet per day.Preferably take during or after a meal.
