Multigenics Senior contains all the elements needed to age healthily.The Multigenics range is the result of the latest developments in daily-use dietary supplements. The selection of vitamins and minerals included in these products has been carefully considered for several reasons:
Incompatibility of iron and copper, which can destroy certain other vitamins,
The need to replace vitamin A with beta-carotene, use the natural form of vitamin E, and add vitamin K when bone development is important (children, adolescents, seniors),

Usage of Metagenics Multigenics Senior:
Take 1 sachet per day. Dissolve in a glass (150 ml) of water or orange juice and stir well.
