1 tablet (is daily dosage) contains:Ascophyllum nodosumextract (kelp) 176 mg

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Preferably take with or after a meal.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
