Application of Orthica IJzer-20-Complex:
Orthica Iron-20 Complex contains a highly absorbable organic iron compound in the form of bisglycinate. It also includes copper, which supports iron transport in the body, and vitamin C, which increases iron absorption. It combines well with a multivitamin. It also contains active vitamin B6.✓Iron, vitamin B2, B6, folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.
✓Iron, vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin B12 and C help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Composition of Orthica IJzer-20-Complex:
Each tablet (= daily dosage) contains:Minerals (elemental amount):
Iron (-bisglycinate) 20 mg
Iodine (potassium iodide) 50 mcg
Manganese (-gluconate) 0.5 mg
Vitamins:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 30 mg
Vitamine B1 (thiaminemononitraat) 2 mg
Vitamine B2 (riboflavine) 2 mg
Niacinamide (vitamine B3) 10 mg
Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate) (vitamin B5) 10 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 1.8 mg
Folic acid (vitamin B11) 200 mcg
Vitamine B12 (cyanocobalamine) 50 mcg

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), minerals, vitamins, anti-caking agent (stearic acid, magnesium stearate, talc), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerine, carnauba wax).This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Orthica IJzer-20-Complex:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during or after a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
