D-mannose 500 mg contains a higher concentration of D-mannose than cranberry. D-mannose is mainly for use by women, but on occassion it may also be used by men.✓Highly concentrated extract

One of the principal benefits of D-mannose 500 mg is, that it does not offer the sour or bitter taste of cranberry. When you want to benefit from cranberries or cranberry juice, but you do not like the taste, the highly concentrated and taste-free capsules of D-mannose offer exactly what you need.
D-Mannose is a sugar. Yet, it does not percetibly change blood sugar levels. Where other sugars are converted to glycogen and stored in the liver, this does not happen with D-mannose. Therefore, D-mannose may be used even by people with (pre)diabetes.
Thanks to the physiological mechanism of action, no resistance to D-mannose is developed during use. The literature does not describe any side-effects of D-mannose.

d-mannose, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), glazing agent (HP methylcellulose, mediumchain triglyceride-oil), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).Usage of Bonusan D-Mannose 500 mg:
Unless otherwise prescribed, on day 1 take six tablets every three hours, on day 2 four tablets every three hours. On days 3 and 4, take four tablets every six hours. It takes around one hour for mannose to reach the bladder.Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
