Medeco L-Mesitran Soft Wound Gel is used for the treatment of chronic wounds, oncological wounds, and acute wounds. It consists of sterilized pure honey, a glycol gel base, Medilan (non-allergenic), and vitamins C and E.✓Creates a moist wound environment for optimal wound healing.
✓Prevents adhesion of the wound dressing.
Usage of Klinion L-Mesitran Soft Wond Gel:
Apply a thin layer of L-mesitran either directly to the wound and surrounding tissue or first to a sterile gauze pad.Cover the wound and secure it with a suitable secondary dressing, depending on the amount of wound fluid.
