The gel is both pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory, and the new Dosing and Lubricating Cap makes it easy to apply to the painful area.Voltaren Emulgel with Dosing and Lubricating Cap contains diclofenac, a so-called NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug). Diclofenac relieves pain and inhibits inflammation at the core of the pain. Voltaren Emulgel has a specially developed base that combines the properties of an emulsion (like a cream) and a gel. When a medication is applied to the skin, it can only take effect once it has been absorbed through the skin and reached the tissues being treated (e.g., the joint).
The Emulgel ensures that the active ingredient (diclofenac) in Voltaren Emulgel quickly penetrates the skin and reaches the underlying, painful joints. Voltaren Emulgel with Dosing and Lubricating Cap is easy to apply and keeps hands clean. Active ingredients: diclofenac diethylammoniumExcipients: carbomer, macrogol cetostearyl ether, cocoyl caprylocaprate, diethylamine, isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, liquid paraffin, perfume cream 45 (containing benzyl benzoate), purified water
Usage of Voltaren Emulgel 1.16% Doseer- en Smeerdop:
For adults and children over 12 years oldApply Voltaren Emulgel to the area of the knee or hand that is painful 4 times a day.
Method of use
Gently rub a small amount of Voltaren Emulgel onto the skin where you have pain.
The amount needed varies depending on the size of the painful area. Normally
