Orthica Orthi Mucos is a dietary supplement based on whey protein in powder form. Suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Orthica Orthi Mucos:
As a course, the recommended amount is 20 grams per day (4 scoops) for 10 days.Preferably mix with (almond, soy) milk or fruit juice using a protein shaker, or mix into yogurt.
For maintenance, the recommended dosage is 10 grams per day (two scoops).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
This product can be used simultaneously with Orthiflor Plus or Orthiflor Original be used.
