Application of Orthica K&D Zuigelingen:
Breastfeeding is a complete diet for a baby, except for vitamin D and K.Vitamin D plays a role in bone formation and contributes to strong teeth, among other things. Vitamin K supports normal blood clotting. The baby receives the first dose of vitamin K from the midwife after birth. The midwife administers this via a pipette into the baby's mouth.
The Health Council recommends supplementing infants with 150 mcg of vitamin K and 10 mcg of vitamin D per day from day 8. Orthica Vitamin K&D drops are specially formulated for infants based on this recommendation.
Composition of Orthica K&D Zuigelingen:
5 drops (daily dose) contain:Vitamine D3 (cholecalciferol) (400IE) 10 mcg
Vitamine K1 (fyllochinon) 150 mcg
Ingredients of Orthica K&D Zuigelingen:
Cottonseed oil, vitamins.This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Orthica K&D Zuigelingen:
The recommended dosage is 5 drops per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Best administered during or after feeding.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
