2 capsules (daily dose) contain:Vitamine B3 (nicotinamide) 20 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 10 mg
L-Theanine 50 mg
L-Tryptophan 240 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract (standardized extract from the root (4:1)) 600 mg
Melatonin 0.29 mg

Valerian extract, L-tryptophan, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (vegacaps), L-theanine, vitamins, rice flour, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), melatonin.Allergen-free.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of AOV 1002 Slaapnorm:
Take 2 capsules once a day half an hour before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not combine Slaapnorm with MAO inhibitors. Consult a specialist if using medications concurrently.
Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
