Lactospore 40 mg

Rhamus frangula (Dirty tree) 120 mg
Rhamus purshiana (Cascara) 120 mg

Take 2 vegicaps per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water during or immediately after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
