Vegan Omega contains Omega 3 from vegetable algae oil. Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid.EPA/DHA are known as fish fatty acids, but fish cannot produce these fatty acids and obtain them from algae. Algal oil is therefore a good, sustainable, and plant-based alternative to fish oil.

Docosahexaenezole (DHA) about 300 mg
