Application of Lamberts Multi-Guard Sport:
This fantastic formula contains 26 vitamins and minerals plus antioxidants and is the ideal support during sports and training.Magnesium has been added because science indicates that it is not only key within the energy cycle but is also highly beneficial for healthy muscles, and deficiencies are also associated with pain after training; therefore, a relevant dosage of 376 mg per day has been added.

Usage of Lamberts Multi-Guard Sport:
You take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal.
